Discount codes from the app and VIP Discount Codes cannot be combined with other sales or sale items within the AYCS website. Discount codes cannot be combined or used with Lagniappe, Custom Items, Completed Items, and Sale Item collections.
5-7 business days processing on “ready to ship” (RTS) items. Please allow 5-7 business days processing on Pre-order RTS dates as well. Processing times begin the day after your order is placed. We do usually ship well within that time frame however, we do ask that you allow this time for any unforeseeable delays that may occur this can include printing errors, color corrections, influx of orders due to sales or popular items. There is a 7-10 business day TAT on completed Tees and Embroidered items as those are made to order. If you choose Next Day Air shipping, please note, that does not include your processing time. That cost goes straight to the postal carrier. That only covers TRANSIT time NOT Processing time.
Mixed carts: If you have RTS and pre-orders (items with future dates in the title) in the same cart, you will be charged shipping for each preorder future date and the current RTS items. This allows you the convenience of making one purchase for all your items. RTS items will ship first and then the preorder items based on there RTS date and processing time. When you receive your first package it will only include items that were currently ready to ship. All other items on the packing slip will be circled to ensure that we are aware that you do NOT have them included in this package, but that they will be shipping at their stated future ready to ship date indicated in the title within the AYCS processing time frame.
Shipping is not included in processing times. Your processing times begin the day after your order is placed.
NOTE: We are not accountable for shipping delays due to USPS, UPS, or any other carrier. We have no control over their schedules and delays. AYCS is also not responsible for updates that are provided or not provided by postal carries as AYCS is a complete and separate entity. (Please be aware that the owners of AYCS are in communication with our local and state level postal representatives and we bring any and all issues to them on your behalf)
Shipments cannot be combined after orders are packaged. Please reach out to customer service for the status of your order if you are wishing to combine to ensure that previous orders have not already been packaged. Sales@anythingyoucanscreen.com

AYCS Custom Designer Policies
Custom prints ordered through the AYCS website are subject to copyright and trademark art review. We will not print these items knowingly. AYCS, LLC is held harmless for any designs that are submitted.
It is your responsibility as the customer to inform the design team of urgent requests or rush orders. This information can be placed in the notes section at the time of submission. Prints that are needed expeditiously will be subject to a $40.00 rush fee.
Custom prints are subject to refunds or reprint if the errors are caused by manufacturer/printing errors.
It is strongly encouraged that you do not choose standard shipping on your custom orders. USPS has been notorious for having significant delays and this is not anything that AYCS has any control over as we are a completely separate entity. We are not responsible for postal delays, and must follow appropriate protocol for reshipment of custom prints.
Custom Orders cannot be combined for shipping with ready to ship/rts stock items.
Full design services require 3 examples of fonts and an example of imagery supplied by you to our design team in order for them to create a graphic design for print. It is not our design teams responsibility to provide creative direction for prints that we are unable to use on our AYCS website. All text and word phrase for the design you are wanting must be provided. ( we will not create your phrases for your art for you).
All designs created in house will be watermarked to protect the intellectual property of AYCS. Working files of designs created in house are available for purchase for a fee of $150, which includes a contract of ownership and all rights to the design.
Custom Print Pricing is per design/size needed and cannot be stacked.
Print As Is orders will be printed exactly as uploaded, only designs that measure over the Adult Size standard of 11x11" will be sized down.
Custom Art processing time is 4-5 business days.
Coupons, discounts, and sales are not applicable for custom orders.
Gift Cards not eligible for custom orders.
AYCS does not offer refunds unless applicable. Refunds will be at the discretion of AYCS management and will only be considered if a print has printer’s defect. Prints that are pressed on shirts are not eligible for refunds and AYCS will not be held liable for the cost of materials (i.e.: shirts, canvases, bags etc.…) We highly recommend that you purchase additional prints and test on scrap fabric if you are unfamiliar with your heat press machine and our screen print transfers/DTF transfers. Refunds if applicable will be processed within 24-72 business hours.
Hobby presses and household irons are not recommended for our prints and are excluded from any type of warranty. Hobby presses are not limited to any press that is less than $600 dollars and is otherwise stated as a commercial heat press. Vinyl presses, Cricut Press, Fancier Studio, household irons, etc..
It is highly recommended that you purchase extra prints if you have such hobby press as we are not responsible for your results and will not replace any media you choose or have chosen to press our designs on.
In the event that a manager provides a refund due to unforeseen circumstances on behalf of the buyer there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from said refund. Refunds are at the SOLE discretion of the managing members and are handled on a case by case basis. Refunds will only be provided when packages (once in transit) have been received by AYCS.
VIP GOLD MEMBERSHIPS
VIP GOLD Memberships are Non-Transferrable and only refundable once contact for cancellation has been made to AYCS. Cancellation requests must be in writing via email to Sales@anythingyoucanscreen.com. VIP GOLD membership refunds will not be retro dated. The refund will only apply to the date/month in which initial cancellation requests have been made and confirmed by AYCS. Once you receive confirmation from our team, you should then reach out to your financial institution automatic/recurring charges that you have implemented with them regarding your membership. AYCS takes no responsibility and shall be held harmless for failure to cancel future payments with your financial institutions payment procedures. This includes Paypal.
AYCS Order Protection:
Covers lost or damaged packages only. Packages that track delivered will not be reshipped. Please provide a secure location for packages to be shipped to.
Orders will be reshipped only if:
- They have not arrived or showed movement within 7 business days after the customers chosen shipping rate/speed. USPS Standard shipping time frame is 3-5 days, Priority shipping time is currently 2-3 days, etc.
- Damaged beyond usefulness. (This does not include bent packages where the screens are not visibly damaged.) All of AYCS products are durable and slight ruffled/bent corners of our screen print transfers do not affect the final product.
If your package is reshipped and you are sent a return label for the items assumed lost and that original shipment is delivered after your reshipment has been processed, you are responsible for returning those items. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the items not returned. If you fail to pay the invoice for the kept items, then we will take the appropriate steps to ensure payment is received.
For lost packages with USPS Priority shipping. You may be entitled to an insurance claim through USPS of $50.00 to $100.00.

All items drop shipped are considered fulfilled by AYCS when they leave our facility (typically 5-7 business days or sooner) from the time you pay your invoice. Shipping rates and carriers are chosen by you (USPS, UPS, etc.). AYCS cannot guarantee shipping times or delays. Any items lost in transit or misplaced by a carrier must be reordered to be reshipped. Please expect that some packages are bound to be misplaced by the mail carriers. This is inevitable, please build these costs into your retail and shipping costs.
Defective products: All items fulfilled by AYCS are guaranteed to be free of major defects. Our team places your customers items through a detailed quality control process to ensure that your customers are happy. Should we let an item out the door that has a major flaw, we will stand behind you and re-ship affected item to your customer at our expense.
